To achieve the Gold Medal award, you are required to fulfill all the criteria in each of the four domains.

Voluntary Public Service
Participants must complete 1200 hours of voluntary public service activity.
The required 1200 hours must be completed within 24-36 months.
Personal Development
Participants must complete the following
Reading: The required reading materials are listed.
4 complete khatm of QuranÂ
Participants may choose to read 1 khatm from a translation in a language they like out of 4 khatms. This is an option only available for those following the gold medal.

7 books from Pirlanta Series
Listening: 135 hours which must consist
100 hours from Pirlanta Series provided in "Listening" page
35 hours from various topics provided in "Listening" page
Classes: 3 courses each week for 40 weeks
The requirements must be completed within 24-36 months.
Physical Fitness
Participants must complete 200 hours of physical fitness activity.
The required 200 hours must be completed in 24 months.
Expedition / Exploration
Participants must complete 5 days and 4 night trip of expedition/exploration activity.
